No 12-month lock-in. Engagements are month-to-month inside a 1-year agreement with 30 days notice to change — we earn each month.
What counts as a "project"?▾
A defined deliverable — a new flow, an integration, an automation, a reporting build. Capacity scales with your tier; small requests and support are always included.
Can we change tiers?▾
Yes — move up or down as your needs change, with 30 days notice. Most clients start at Maintain or Grow and adjust.
What's not included?▾
Third-party license costs (Salesforce, apps) are billed by those vendors. Everything we do — team, AI, dev, support — is in the retainer. No add-ons.
