Nos débuts – un mot du fondateur

Alors que je travaillais comme analyste du comportement dans un centre pour jeunes aux prises avec des troubles du développement, on m’a demandé de concevoir pour le centre une plateforme de gestion des relations avec le client. En moins de six mois, mon équipe a implanté un système qui a complètement transformé le mode de fonctionnement du centre. Ce système nous permettait de suivre les progrès cliniques de nos clients en plus d’élaborer nos processus de communication internes et externes.

 

Ce projet m’a projeté dans le monde des applications d’affaires et j’ai pu alors constater l’impact décisif qu’un système comme Salesforce pouvait avoir sur une organisation. J’ai alors su que ma mission serait dorénavant d’offrir à d’autres entreprises la même forme de transformation positive. Depuis ce moment de révélation, je n’ai cessé de travailler à élargir mon savoir-faire, à titre d’analyste d’affaires, d’intégrateur de systèmes et de gestionnaire de projet, afin de bâtir une entreprise qui soit fidèle à mes valeurs et qui puisse aussi transmettre à d’autres le même niveau d’enthousiasme que j’ai éprouvé avec ce tout premier projet.

Les années ont passé, mais la flamme est aussi vive qu’à mes débuts et je continue de m’engager à fond pour trouver les solutions qui peuvent transformer votre entreprise – quel que soit le projet et à quelque niveau que ce soit. Rien de moins. C’est sur cet engagement qu’a été fondé BKONECT.

We’re not looking for a 9 to 5 position. If you want to work from our shared office downtown that’s fine, if you rather work remotely or a mix of both that’s fine for us as well. You want to work from a foreign country for weeks, that’s also fine. As long as the work gets done and the clients are satisfied.

Your main focus will be client’s satisfaction throughout the delivery of our projects. The team is made of motivated experts working locally and around the globe. Our clients are mainly from the retails and high-tech industries.

Your profile: you’ve been a CRM user once in your life, have run projects in the past (agile or waterfall),  you are curious about technology and self-learning, have experience in sales and/or client service.     Nos débuts – un mot du fondateur

    Alors que je travaillais comme analyste du comportement dans un centre pour jeunes aux prises avec des troubles du développement, on m’a demandé de concevoir une plateforme de gestion de la relation-client. En moins de six mois, mon équipe a implanté un système qui a complètement transformé le mode de fonctionnement du centre. Ce système nous permettait de suivre les progrès cliniques de nos clients en plus d’actualiser nos processus de communication internes et externes. Ce projet m’a projeté dans le monde des applications d’affaires : j’ai pu alors constater l’impact décisif qu’un système comme Salesforce pouvait avoir sur le développement d’une organisation. J’ai alors su que ma mission serait dorénavant d’induire chez d’autres entreprises le même type de transformation positive.     How it all started – a word from the founder

    I was working as a behaviour analyst at a center for kids with developmental issues when I was entrusted with building a customer relationship management platform for the center. Within six months my team built a system that completely transformed the way the center was working. It allowed us to track our client’s clinical progress and reinvent internal and external communications.

    This project threw me into the world of business applications and showed me what kind of profound impact a system like Salesforce can have on an organization. I realized very early on that creating this positive transformation for other companies would be my mission. Ever since that transformative moment of my own I have been working on broadening my know-how as a business analyst, system integrator, and project manager to create a business that does not only live by my values but also has the kind of sweeping effect I experienced in that very first project.
